You can send either :
- Send us your original ticket by recorded post, which we will return to you with your finished Ticket Artwork.
- Or you can email us a high quality scan of the original. Ideally at the highest resolution (800-1200dpi) and if possible at 200% *
As soon as we have received your ticket we can begin the production of your artwork. This normally takes 4-5 working days.** Once we have confirmed that your artwork has been prepared, full payment is required before going to final production.
Simply contact us at Orders with your enquiry and our team of professionals will only be too happy to assist you, and to discuss your order.
As soon as we have confirmed your order, we will issue you with your purchase order number and we will direct you to our secure payment page. If possible, please pay using PayPal, however if you would prefer an alternative method there is no problem. |

You can choose from one the following payment options and rest assured that your details will be completely safe with us.
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo, cheque or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling). All payments are made via Paypal.com

Cheque Payment
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, simply print out the order confirmation message that we send when you artwork is advised as ready and send us a personal cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including all postage charges).
We can only accept cheques or postal orders in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank.
Paying by cheque may slow down your order as we cannot post your item(s) until your funds have cleared, which could take 5-7 working days.

* Artwork can be sent either to the "orders" address above or thatsmystub@hotmail.co.uk. Preferably in PDF format but we can also accept JPG, TIFF, GIF files but not in Bitmap format. All retouching / repairing / recolouring of your ticket artwork is included in your ordered price, with no hidden extras |
* Because of bespoke printing procedures all tickets maybe upto +/-10% of the aimed re-production size of approx 3:1 or 4:1 |
